Submission Limits
Paid plans: If you exceed your monthly submission limit, submissions continue uninterrupted and overages are billed automatically based on volume tiers. See Overage Pricing below.
Free plan: You'll receive email warnings as you approach your limit.
All plans: Limits reset monthly. Spam submissions never count toward your limit.
Basin Forms, Chat, and Sites
- Basin Forms is the form backend, with endpoints for your own HTML, Form Studio, Basin JS, submissions, spam filtering, email, and integrations.
- Basin Chat is an embeddable AI chat widget. Access is included with paid plans; AI usage is billed separately.
- Basin Sites are AI-generated websites hosted by Basin with built-in Basin forms.
Basin-hosted AI Sites
The Basin Sites limit applies only to AI-generated websites hosted by Basin. It does not limit how many externally hosted websites can use Basin form endpoints.
Domain setup differs by purpose: a custom site domain is connected on a Basin-hosted AI Site’s page; a custom email sending domain is verified under the account Domains tab (DKIM / Return-Path) for outbound mail. See Custom Email Sending Domains.

Validation vs burner email filtering
Phone Validation (credits) and Email Validation (credits) verify contact data using your form credit pool and are available on all plans (with purchased or included credits).
Burner / Disposable Email Filter is a Pro+ spam-protection setting that blocks disposable addresses as part of advanced filtering. It is separate from credit-based email validation.

Pro Plan

Overage Pricing
On paid plans, if you exceed your monthly submission limit, submissions continue without interruption. Overages are tracked and billed automatically at these rates:
