About Make

Make is a powerful automation platform that lets you create complex workflows using a visual interface. With Make, you can connect Basin to hundreds of other apps and services, creating sophisticated automation scenarios without writing any code.

Getting Started

Step 1: Access Basin on Make

Visit the official Basin integration page on Make to get started with the integration.

Step 2: Create a New Scenario

  1. Log in to your Make account
  2. Create a new scenario
  3. Search for "Basin" in the apps list
  4. Select Basin as your trigger app

Step 3: Configure the Basin Trigger

  1. Choose "Watch New Submissions" as your trigger
  2. Connect your Basin account by providing your API credentials
  3. Select the specific form you want to monitor
  4. Set up any filtering conditions if needed

Step 4: Add Actions

  1. Add one or more action modules to your scenario
  2. Connect the apps you want to send data to (CRM, email tools, databases, etc.)
  3. Map the form fields from Basin to the target app fields
  4. Configure any additional processing or transformations

Step 5: Test and Activate

  1. Test your scenario with sample data
  2. Make any necessary adjustments
  3. Activate your scenario to start processing live submissions
